Preparing for appointment, Late arrivals and Cancellations

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT


1. Hair should be clean, dried, detangled and product-free (please do not apply leave-ins or oils on day of appointment as this can react with the products we use causing white flakes/residue. All products needed will be provided).

Please Note: There is a $35 fee if hair must be detangled before braiding. 


To be braided, we require your hair to be blowdried or stretched (no heat alternative). We cannot braid if your hair is tangled. If you need a hand with detangling that is understandable. Please make note on the booking form that you wish to add this service.

​

Blowdry service is available. Please advise on your booking form if you wish to add on this service. This service is $30.

2. If you have a scalp condition e.g excessive dandruff or alopecia please use the contact us BEFORE booking your appointment using the CONTACT US form. 


3. If your hair is under 5inches long please contact us for a consultation BEFORE booking your appointment. If we are unable to complete your style at the appointment due to short length, your deposit will be forfeited.

4. No additional persons are allowed to attend your appointment unless the booking is for a child. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the entire appointment.

CHANGES TO APPOINTMENT

We respectfully require 48hours notice for changes to your service e.g

- You need to reschedule for a different time or date

-You wish to change the style

-You wish to change the colour of extensions

-You need to add a blow dry service 

etc

​

We cannot guarantee that requests made at your appointment or the day of your appointment can be achieved. 

​

To avoid disappointment, kindly contact us with any changes 48hours before your appointment.

​

LATE ARRIVAL 

We understand things happen. Clients have a 15 minute grace period. If you are running late please let us know. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled, deposit forfeited and you will need to re-book according to availability.


An email will be sent to the contact details you provided on the booking form the day before your appointment with the address. Please plan your trip accordingly.

We understand some things are beyond your control. If you realise you are going to be more than 15 minutes late please call and inform us- 0402447007. We cannot guarantee your appointment will go ahead as it may clash with other bookings we have.  However we will do our best to accommodate you.

​

In the event that we cannot, your deposit will be credited towards your next service only if you have contacted us during the 15 minutes grace period.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel please EMAIL us at info@sweetstylezbraids.com.au

with Subject "CANCELLATION" and your name.


Please be advised we require 48HOURS cancellation notice. Your deposit will then be credited towards your next booking.


Important: Your deposit will be forfeited if 48hours notice is not given.
