Returns and Exchanges
At SHB we do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products.
FAULTY ITEM:
We inspect each item before products are shipped out however if you believe your item is damaged or faulty please accept our sincerest apologies.
Please inspect your item on arrival and contact us immediately at info@sweetstylezbraids.com.au with the subject “FAULTY ITEM,” your order number, a photo and brief explanation of the fault/damage. If accepted, your item will be refunded or replaced (please note: we will require you to return the item. Your refund or replacement will be processed after we receive the faulty item)
EXCHANGE:
To exchange an item, customers will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order.
To organise returning your unwanted item(s) please contact us at info@sweetstylezbraiding.com.au within 72hours of receiving your item(s) with the subject heading “EXCHANGE.”
The item(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused/unworn.
Customers have 14 days to return the item(s). Shipping is at the customer’s expense. It is recommended to use a tracking method for shipping as Sweetstylez Hair Braiding will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items being returned.
After the item(s) is received and approved, you will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, items will not be approved if they:
Are not in their original packaging
Have been opened
Have been used or worn
Unapproved items will be returned to customer at the customer’s expense.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept an item that is not in its original packaging, has been opened, used or worn.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
